A new approach to machine maintenance
When it comes to design, the WMF 1300 S also lives up to its manufacturer’s commitment to process efficiency. This makes working on the machine much easier and faster, even in tight spaces behind bar counters, in office kitchenettes or elsewhere.
Convenience well designed for everyday use
The main features of the new WMF 1300 S are testament to the attention to detail that has gone into this machine: they include a height-adjustable spout and a cup stopper to ensure that cups, mugs and glasses are positioned exactly in the right place. Adjusting the coffee flow is easy, with a passage height of 60 to 169 mm available. And not only that, but the optional decentralized hot water spout is at a height of 107mm.
The integrated milk system meets all the beverage requirements of a restaurateur: the base milk system provides hot milk and hot milk froth of the highest quality. The additional Basic Steam nozzle allows manual production of hot milk and milk froth. And if the user does not have a heated cup holder, the integrated SteamJet function is able to bring the cups and glasses to the right temperature.
The machine has even more convenient features to keep everything running smoothly, including a fill level sensor that prevents the drip tray from overflowing. Beverage dispensing is also blocked if the bowl is missing or incorrectly positioned in the machine, ensuring the reliability and stability of the process. A similar concept has been applied to the mixer wheel in the powder hopper: if it is not properly secured, the sensors emit a message which is then displayed on the screen.
