Smeg launched its very first bean to cup coffee maker this week and we can’t wait to get our hands on this chic kitchen addition.
Smeg BCC02 coffee machine promises to deliver the perfect drink every time by creating the âultimate in-home barista experienceâ.
The bean-to-cup design means the machine includes a coffee bean grinding function with a range of levels to choose from, depending on your preference. Whether you want an americano, espresso, or even a ristretto coffee, this template should have you covered.
For latte fans, you can create macchiatos and lattes using the milk froth function, making it a truly all-in-one device.
The sleek coffee machine is designed in the signature Smeg 1950s style, with smooth curves and a brushed, matte aluminum exterior. It is available in four colors: Matte Black, Matte Taupe, Matte White and Matte Red.
You can brew up to six cups of coffee with each water refill (1.4 liter capacity) and there are also specific settings depending on the water hardness in your area. When it’s time to descale, a helpful alarm will let you know.
You can also brew your new coffee in your favorite morning cup, as the cup holder and nozzle height can be adjusted to accommodate different sizes.
The Smeg BCC02 Bean to Cup coffee machine costs £ 679.95 and is available from the Smeg website and its flagship store in London, as well as John lewis and other national retailers.
