Here’s How to Make Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Whipped Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup of milk or milk substitute
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend, divided, plus more for dusting
  • 2 tablespoons 100% pure Nescafé Clásico dark roast instant coffee beans
  • 2 tablespoons of hot water

How to do it

  • Place cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice blend in a bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer, beat ingredients until smooth. With the mixer at low temperature, slowly add the milk; beat until smooth.
  • Fill a glass with the mixture of ice and milk. Put aside.
  • Wipe out the bowl and add the instant coffee, hot water, the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of the pumpkin spice blend.
  • Using the hand mixer, whisk / whisk the ingredients together for about 2 to 5 minutes, until the mixture turns from frothy to frothy to creamy.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee onto the milk mixture. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice blend.
