Disturbed becomes the latest group to launch a coffee brand

Disturbed jumped on the bandwagon to get into the coffee business with the launch of its own brand of coffee.

Available now via DeadSledCoffee.com in ground and whole bean varieties is Disturbed’s Get Up Dark Java Coffee. According to its listing, “Officially licensed Disturbed Get Up Dark Java coffee comes from the island of Java, an island in Indonesia located between Sumatra and Bali. It is roasted to a full (dark) Italian roast. Dark Java Coffee has a heavy body, nutty aroma, crisp acidity and a long-lasting finish. It has notes of hazelnut, malt, chocolate, bright and sweet flavors.

Dead Sled Coffee co-owner Mike Thorwart said in a coffee statement, “It’s been over 20 years since Disturbed released their debut album, ‘The Sickness.’ While stationed in Korea at the time, it had a huge impact on my life and those around me. It was something we had never heard before. Disturbed have been a game changer and continue to push the boundaries while staying true to their sound.
