Back to working with Excel (don’t ask)… I wanted to compare two different versions of the same file located in different directories. Lo and behold: Excel won’t open two different files if they have the same name! What kind of stupid programming is that? This is the 21st century and I would expect softwares to be able to handle files with the same name! Yet another example of tools getting in the way of getting the job done. <sigh>
